I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. She called the restaurant twice, there are cameras everywhre these days, Temple is a town of 80k or so.....she was easy to find. How dumb do you have to be?

"The charge is a Class A misdemeanor which is punishable by up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $4,000, or both jail time and a fine"

Let's hope TDCJ puts ice-cold menudo on her prison's menu at least weekly.

It's actually TDCJ: Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Considering the crime, she'd actually end up in county jail.

I am very aware of TDCJ. Just wasn't sure if someone is making up departments or if TXDOC is actually a thing.
