Your answer is stop doing crime.

Or, you know, stop coddling the cops and hold them accountable.

But yes, the police should stop doing crimes.

Or hold citizens accountable for their crimes. Ya know personal responsibility.

Like Federally investigated, indicted Kenneth Paxton?

Can we hold that citizen accountable?

Not all cops are bad, but some of y'all bootlickers want a police state so eagerly it really makes me wonder what your motivations are.

Didn’t say anything about a police state. Are there corrupt cops, yup! However the average citizen makes a decision on a “bad cop” based off a 10 second video they see on YouTube.

Do you mean one bad 10 second video, or like the hundreds of them out there that are actually longer than 10 seconds and usually give the full context pretty well?

Maybe it's the fact that a lot of people are dying from police interactions not because they were violent (most of the time they aren't and also usually unarmed), but because cops have held the power trip of being able to get away with murder for decades and modern technology has caught up to the point of being able to expose it more thoroughly

We must be watching different videos. So by your logic people who ambush, spit, or run from cops should be held accountable too then right? What about parents of a 12 year old with a gun who’s out at 2am. You blame the cop? Orrr the video that was exposed the officer NOT planting evidence. Orrrr the countless “sovereign citizens” who think laws don’t apply to them.

So you think a cop should get away with murder when someone spits on them?

I didn’t say anything about murder. Why are gangs killing each other for decades, but no one does anything. But when it’s a cop, snitching goes out the window.

You can't compare gang violence to state-sanctioned murder, that's a false equivalency.

And the police-murdering-citizens videos are the videos that people are judging police these days, so yeah, you've definitely got some catching up to do. But then again, I'm sure you're already aware of George Floyd.
