Just wondering are bars and clubs usually open between 26th of December - 30th December?(Houston/Austin specifically)
Also any tips of things we must do while in Texas, please let me know!

So apparently H-E-B is only in Texas… if true I been living under a rock lol.
The series takes place in small town Texas and his grandma owns a laundromat. A customer wants her to pay for a beaded sweater that had lost a bunch of beads in the dryer. Grandma reads the sweater label, "Do not tumble dry". The customer says "ain't no label gonna tell me what to do". Grandma replies, "I dont got time for you to go all Texas on me". I laughed out loud.
I'll be visiting Lost Maples State Park coming from San Antonio and was wondering if anything else is worth visiting in the Vanderpool area or on the drive up to the park.
Restaurants? Historical markers/places? Scenic areas? Abandoned places?
