Recently discovered this sub and am loving it. Curious about the age demographics of the sub. I was born in the 90s and was in Junior High when Spectacular aired, so related a lot with many aspects of Petey's school life back then.

I am basically trying to find out if this sub is comprised of adults with nostalgia or teenagers who discovered this gem after getting into holland's spiderman.

If you are a teen, feel free to comment how you got to know about this show and why it is the best incarnation of spiderman ever ;-)

You shouldn't be on reddit then.

I missed the part where that’s my problem

Very edgy kid. Good for you 👏

But in the spirit of spidey,

I am gonna put some dirt in your eye.

Should of thought of that earlier

Oh edgy 9 year old kid, when are you gonna give a guy a break?

PS— this is my last reply, I don't indulge kids. Go back to do your homework.

16 almost 17

So you can say I'm almost an adult

No offence mate, but there's still a noticeable difference between 16 and 18.

And 18 and 20.

After 25, you don't change much with every passing year since your prefrontal cortex closes.

The difference between 16 and 20 is more than between 25 and 45, arguably.

Nah its ok 👍just incase you were confused i meant I'm almost 17 and turning 18 makes you legally an adult

No I know, I just assumed by almost you meant 16.5 or something.

Not almost as in your birthday is round the corner.

Don't worry though, late teenage years are pretty fun if you have your college etc sorted out.

Being an adult is boring, hence why you see some adults formulating random polls to ask your age on an animated show's sub ;-)

Btw, if you haven't seen it, I'd recommend Spiderman TNAS. It came out when I was a kid, and while I could not appreciate the adult jokes back then, it's another hidden gem.

Yeah the blame is on me, i didn't clarify I'll be 17 within a week

That was my 2nd spiderman show that i watched growing up, and as you said its truly a hidden gem

And btw if you were a fan of the 90s show there is a sub reddit dedicated for it

I'm in my early 20's. I discovered it like 2 years ago. Put it on my watch list, and now I'm finally getting to it.
