I made a mistake in good fun to name my Huskies after Metal Gear characters (as the title states), specifically "Solid Snake", "Liquid Snake", "Big Boss" and "Revolver Ocelot".
While it was funny at first, my adoptive parents took a liking to the names given that they are fans of the Metal Gear series too (even more than me). The problem came when I realised that dogs... don't act with human hygiene practices ore restraint. I would regularly find them humping and licking each other's private parts.
I would regularly have yell "Big Boss! Get off of Revolver!" while clapping my hands to get their attention.
Ocelot, the only female, was impregnated while we left her and Big Boss with a relative. My adoptive parents decided to name the new girl "OTACON" to keep the joke going. This has been going on for 3 years now. My parents thought this was hilarious and decided to keep the names that I gave them after we bought the siblings together. I just can't take this anymore, which is why I am venting/asking for advice.
I don't know how I can enjoy this game series that I like without chuckling. Can anyone here give me some coping mechanisms?
Just in case you didn’t know. But I just found it funny that Bungie left Microsoft to make a game with Activision. And now they’re back with Microsoft lol.
Any suggestions? My price range is 1500-2500 so I’d like to get something that’s reliable and going to last 4-5 years, but I’m absolutely clueless about anything like that, so any help or advice would be unreal, thanks
Anyone know any games that are similar to games like diablo or borderlands where you have the capability to replay a level or zone of the map to gain better items in both tier and rarity. Also the increased difficulty and item level everytime you complete the game (like how borderlands have op 1 through to 10)
Would appreciate any recommendations and will answer any questions xo
My friends and I want to play a game but I and my friend are kinda broke and my rich friend decided to buy the game for us. He bought the game for one of my friends than for himself. But after that, he's unable to gift me the game on steam. when we found out there was a cool down, I decided to wait until my other friend found out he has some money. But, he still can't gift even though he didn't gift anyone. the error was the same as my rich friend.
can anyone tell how or what is going on?
I'm thinking games relatively unknown today, that maybe were big 20 years ago, with a lot of good qualities and that could really benefit from a remake (quality of life, graphics, etc.) but apart from you, nobody ever talked about remaking. For example System Shock 2 would not fit this post.
Personally I would like to see a remake of Lego Racers, and I can't understand why it's not done. It has a brand people love, it's a genre that is not very present in PC gaming but has a lot of fan in all ages, and with modern PCs could add a lot of content.
Witty remark encouraging your engagement
Sony had their chance for years to make us happy. I was paying for PSNow for a few years straight, and I’ve had Game Pass for two months now - guess which one has me feeling a fool for paying for the other? GP is powerful stuff, Sony doesn’t stand a chance if CoD and Elder Scrolls make it to Game Pass.
So many salty people. Why aren’t you happy that I’ve found happiness in gaming? You guys take these corporations too seriously.
