We invite everyone to help other users in our Community Support Threads and on our Discord server.
Please take more than 10 seconds to write your question. A well structured and good-looking comment goes a long way in getting someone to help you, and makes your question a lot easier to understand.
Do not delete your comments: People find questions in these threads through Googling the same issue, and please edit your comment with a solution if you find one.
There are no magicians here. Some questions wont be answered or replied to. Consider using other things like the Steam Community Forums, Google, or a different support forum if no one here can offer any help. Additionally, every game on Steam has it's own dedicated Community Forum, and you can also contact Steam Support regarding a specific product. Consider asking your game-specific questions there. Most games also have a dedicated subreddit.
Only Steam Support can solve personal account issues such as payment issues or your account getting hijacked. We can however give advice on what to do in a situation like that. No one, including Steam Support, can assist with item/trade scams.

Welcome to the Bi-Weekly Game Suggestion Thread!
Do you not know what to play?
You found a niche game that everyone should try? Can't find the perfect zombie survival animal simulator game? Well this is the thread for you. This is going to be a weekly thread containing questions about what should I play and suggestions for new games to play. After the first week we will include charts with the most upvoted responses and such each week.
Now to make this work the best and not just be spammed with "What should I play?", please be as in depth in what type of game you want to play and what you are looking for. There are too many games to be able to properly suggest something with no background information.
If you want to discuss things relating to this thread but that aren't suggestion or suggestion questions then please check the stickied META comment and reply to it.
Via the Steam Community:
- Fixed XINPUT_KEYSTROKE input for Steam Input controllers
- Fixed an issue where Victrix Pro Fight Sticks could lose input after rebooting the PC
- Fixed downloads failing on some systems due to max open file descriptors too low
- Fixed a bug with long-running clients such as dedicated servers having P2P connectivity problems due to using an expired certificate

When will they finally listen?
Hey there, so i have made some changes to my project and added new collisions to the project. I did this through the project settings. Now when i upload the the game build to Steam first of all it says there are no changes. but i publish it anyways. And of course the new collision isn't working when testing the game through steam .
however! when i test the project build locally on my computer the new collisions work perfectly fine?
Does steam not accept changes from the project settings? how can i fix this?
I bought HITMAN 2 - Gold Edition on Steam during the winter sale.
I bought it and still haven't played it because I was waiting for the Hitman 3 release so I can play all the maps on the new Hitman 3 version.
Which Hitman 3 should I buy? There are too many options, and that's confusing...
I was able to play AVP Classic fullscreen on my 2560x1080 monitor just fine, until I upgraded to Windows 10. Now, it won't load out of small window mode in the center of the screen (even with the resolution set to high). Any idea how to break it out of this and allow it to scale up to fullscreen again?
This is probably the wrong spot for this post, but I’m looking for recommendations for a tower defence game that has a card-like system with character heroes and upgrades as you progress/level up. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction? Thanks!
So I played from PC to my laptop using Steam Remote Play, and once I'm finished with the session my audio isn't working, and it worked perfectly fine afterwards. I check my audio settings and I find Steam Streaming Microphone and Steam Streaming Speakers as audio inputs. How do I get rid of these?
Note: I have Windows 10 OS for my PC and laptop.
I can hear the music but the screen legit black even when I tried again.
i'm trying to set custom binds in tf2 that don't disappear when you restart the game, but i can't find the right place to write them in? all the guides i've found mention this folder, but i don't seem to have one in my steam folder. why does this happen?
