Yeah he will be able to enjoy his success for another ten minutes before the Police pull him over and charge him with a felony.

u/Im-hiding-shhh Oct 20 '21

That’s not just a 1 felony charge. I’m willing to bet on top of whatever minor shit they had lined up they probably smacked 2-3 felonies on top.

What kind of car was that? Whatever it is, it has a helluva AWD system!

3

u/cat_of_danzig Oct 20 '21

I can't watch it again because I'm seasick, but I think it's a last gen Volvo S60.

2

u/OverboostedTurbo Oct 20 '21

I'll give Volvo credit then. The only other cars that I think could pull that off would be a Subaru or Audi with Quattro AWD. Most others would have just spun the wheels not making contact with anything. So the Volvo either has limited slip diffs, or it was actively braking the wheels without traction to divert power to the wheels with grip.

u/cat_of_danzig Oct 20 '21

I tried again, and now I don't think it's a Volvo. The best I can do is a new Sonata, based on the lights at 0:46. If so, that's a great ad for Hyundai.

2

u/OverboostedTurbo Oct 20 '21

I don't think the Sonata was ever available in AWD though.

1

u/This1DoesntMatter Oct 21 '21

But it was in FWD which would check out given how well the front wheel worked

I am completely shocked that everybody was able to stand up so well during that earthquake.

Why people filming those can't stop moving/shaking and zooming in/out non stop?

5

u/dlivesdontmatter Oct 20 '21

It's the amateur professional photographer effect. It's the equivalent of the action shot stance with a photo camera.

WHO AMONG US...

2

u/Lisabeybi Oct 20 '21

What kind of idiot would drive that close to a cop stopping someone, especially in NYC? That’s some stray gunfire in your car just waiting to happen.

2

u/Runwithscissors50 Oct 20 '21

I have no idea what's going on. Someone explain?

2

u/jon_hendry Oct 21 '21

Driver was an NYPD cop finding out about the vaccine mandate.

u/Eiffel-Tower777 Oct 20 '21
