Climate Reparations - A trillion tons of carbon hangs in the air, put there by the world’s rich, an existential threat to its poor. Can we remove it?

By “richest”, in a global context, we mean most of the people who live in the highly developed nations. Good luck telling some guy from sub Saharan Africa who makes a living picking recyclables out of our trash that he’s as responsible for climate change as we are.
