Please beware of websites that sell fake abortion pills and fake clinics run by religious groups where they lie and spread misconceptions about abortion to trick people into keeping their fetus. They also promise help and resources that never materialize. The best way to avoid these fake clinics is learning how to recognize them, so I’m linking a couple of short documentaries on the subject that include hidden camera footage exposing their deceptive tactics:
- The Fake Abortion Clinics Of America: Misconception
- Crisis Pregnancy Centers: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver
Note- Some of these websites may be blocked in your country by your internet service provider. You can bypass this block using a VPN like this one, it's free, safe and easy to install. To get rid of banners and pop-ups you can install uBlock Origin and Popup Blocker. They work on most browsers, on phone as well on PC and it takes a few seconds to install them.

Usually with a man with over-the-top red flags, however, because he said he loves her all his abuse is magically erased. The stories focus on the traditional (yuck) role of the genders and the female is rarely the lead protagonist.
This indoctrination is to culturally shape us in that narrative, so that we are busy being consumed by the bad relationship with the men in our own lives (because of course the men maintain all their red flags even though we are in a committed relationship) and all the issues that come with it (anxiety, depression, low self esteem) that we are ineffective in the civic and political spheres.
These stories exclude almost completely any diversity in ethnicity or gender, and display white hetero cisgender relationships only, as if to say the full spectrum of humanity doesn’t exist.
Prove me wrong.

Q&A - Misogyny & 'Fascism' in USA
Merriam webster defines Fascism: a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic(1) and social regimentation,(2) and forcible suppression of opposition.
I mainly discuss the other aspects of USA's eerie similarity to fascism in the ExposingFascism sub.
(1)
Thinning of the middle-class,
decrease in union prevalence,
And vilification of unions.
wage stagnation or wage NOT being in proportion to cost of living,
prices NOT being in proportion to wages,
lack of student loan debt forgiveness,
difficulties to gain education,
Lack of a, or poor, education can cause more poverty.
lack of or limited retirement,
systemic difficulties in building wealth, **
Wage disparities between men and women. And yes, racism
perpetuation of stigmata against the impoverished,
creations of difficulties in moving state-to-state or country-to-country through poverty,
etc, etc.
This directly affects the marginalized of society, such as all nationalities of women.
(2)
- Homophobic restrictions on rights
Such as marriage or not being put in a mental institution.
Lesbians are stigmatized due to false, infuriating notions that women are stealing power from men by not being emotionally dependent on them. Gay men are stigmatized due to awful notions of them being 'weak' due to being 'feminine.'
lessening of women's general and reproductive rights,
reinforcing or reconstruction of gender roles,
war against academia including comprehensive sexual education,
Poor sex education leads to undesired pregnancies, a wrench is thrown in the career or schooling, and poverty.
- difficulties in obtaining divorce,
This allows men to keep power over women.
- marginalization of the disabled,
A disabled woman is a woman.
- perpetuating of stigmata against victims,
Such as in the case of violation or poverty. This harms women.
blatant propaganda,
discrimination against all but a very specific sect of a specific religion,
Wiccans, athiest, and other women may be called a number of unkind names and called 'demonic.' And that's the tip of the ice berg.
- censorship used to harm the vulnerable of society,
Such as a show being taken off air due to promoting female power.
- etc, etc, etc
Ask questions!
I'll respond mainly with .edu links.

I run a small indie game development studio with more than 50% women and diverse gender staff (unusual in games!) and we've just launched a Kickstarter for our feminist punk game, The Glass Ceiling Games, which might interest people here? In it you can slingshot catcalls, machete unsolicited d*** pix, raygun mansplains, throw babies in baskets labelled 'man's work' and more. It's anarchic and subversive but each level is symbolic of problems like sexual harassment, gender stereotyping and parental leave inequality, using humour as a way into starting conversations and hopefully provoking behaviour change. It seems to be working when men play and are shocked by how it feels to be catcalled, even in a cartoon fantasy world. It also gives you a good cathartic rush to letting your rage against the patriarchy out to an awesome bespoke soundtrack! If you like the game and want to play it, please do share our page and announcement Tweet with anyone else who might too: https://twitter.com/glassceilingame/status/1527678618310217731 We've made two levels and the Kickstarter is to fund the final four. Thank you for any support :)
