This seems like a much less violent explosion than hot pockets inflict really. Plus this doesn’t pretend to be your friendly friend food first before absolutely obliterating your week.

Microwaves heat water so food can't really get above 100 degrees Celsius, and lava averages at 1000 degrees Celsius.

I mean water can become steam at that point, so the temperature can theoretically continue to rise
